Japanese Volleyball Appears to Be First of Tsunami Debris to Reach Alaska

The first identifiable pieces of debris to be washed across the Pacific Ocean in the wake of last year’s tsunami in Japan, a volleyball and a soccer ball, have reached the Alaskan coast.
